College Park’s customer service department, guided by finance and accounting, is developing processes that will allow electronic billing and account reviews for customers of College Park utilities.

The new technology is meant to be more efficient, designed to shorten citizens’ trips to city hall to make payments, the city said. For those who want a more advanced analytical examination of utility trends, they will have the ability to look at their home usage for a specific time period.

The Ccity of College Park also said the installation of wWiFi capable utility meters has been completed.
