Cobb starts bridge, road work this summer

Cobb County will begin improvement projects in the coming weeks that will result in several road closures for all or part of the summer. The projects include: the Hopkins Road bridge over Wild Horse Creek, the New Chastain Road westbound bridge over Noonday Creek, the Paper Mill Road bridge over Sope Creek, and a hill cut to improve sight distance at Shallowford Road.
