The Cobb County Board of Education has promoted three principals to assistant superintendents for the next school year.

David T. Chiprany, principal of Wheeler High School, will be the assistant superintendent, Middle School, Leadership and Learning.

Jennifer H. Lawson, principal of Sedalia Park Elementary School, will be the assistant superintendent, Teaching and Learning, Academic Division.

Phillip D. Page, Jr., principal of North Cobb High School, will be the assistant superintendent, High School, Leadership and Learning.
