Cobb County’s Noonday Creek to be stabilized
Immediate stabilization will take place along Noonday Creek due to erosion at George Busbee Parkway and Town Center Drive.
The Cobb County Board of Commissioners voted Tuesday to pay $252,000 to Chatfield Contracting Inc. to stabilize the 30-inch sanitary sewer interceptor.
Work will include clearing 250 feet of the easement, construction of access roads and installation of rip-rap stabilization along the affected areas.
