The Cobb County Board of Commissioners recently approved five residential developments - three subdivisions and two assisted living facilities.
They are:
- a subdivision by OWF Investment Corp. at 2289 Sewell Mill Road, 1065 and 1093 Braswell Road on the southwest corner of Sewell Mill and Braswell Roads, south of Meadow Wood Court.
- a subdivision by Adventur Living at 3204 Macland Road on the north side of Macland Road, east of McMurry Drive.
- a subdivision by Pradera Group at 3684 Spring Hill Road on the northwest corner of Spring Hill and Simpson Roads.
- a supportive residential senior living development by Formation Development Group of 94 units on the northern corner of Johnson Ferry and Little Willeo Roads.
- a supportive residential senior living development, with memory care, by Centric Development of 120 units at 3292, 3312 and 3322 Ernest Barrett Parkway on the west side of Barrett Parkway, south of Zachary Woods Drive, north of Dallas Highway.
