Local children in need will receive holiday help from the Cobb Department of Transportation, CobbLinc staff and Cobb Christmas.

Through Stuff A Bus, a CobbLinc bus will be used to collect gifts, according to a county statement.

From Dec. 10 to 12, donations of food and toys may be dropped off at any of the 18 scheduled Stuff A Bus stops around Cobb.

Cobb Christmas is a nonprofit, nondenominational organization dedicated to helping low-income and working-poor families in Cobb during the holiday season.

This all-volunteer organization directly benefits families who qualify for the program.
