- a climate-controlled self-storage facility, with possible incubator offices for small businesses, at 1391 Veterans Memorial Highway in Mableton.
- a grocery store at 1956 Old Alabama Road in Mableton.
- a repair facility for painting equipment repairs and service at 415 Pat Mell Road.
- a subdivision at 2712 Bob Bettis Road.
- a produce stand at 4509 Austell Powder Springs Road.
- Spurs of Hope, Inc. to provide equine therapy for foster children at 151 Laura Lake Road.
- a bigger RaceTrac Petroleum on the southwest corner of Floyd Road and Clay Road, also in Mableton.
