Cobb approves 18-lot subdivision

The Cobb County Board of Commissioners voted Tuesday to approve an 18-lot subdivision - half for townhomes and half for single-family houses.

The Stonehenge Group will develop the houses on the east side of Lecroy Drive and the north side of Robinson Road at 810 and 820 Lecroy Drive. Each single-family house will have two-car garages, range from 2500 to 4500 square feet and cost $300,000 to $450,000. The townhomes will range from 1500 to 2500 square feet and cost about $300,000.
