Advance in-person voting begins this week in Cobb County for two runoff races - the chairman of the Cobb County Board of Commissioners and the Post 3 judge of Cobb State Court.
Candidates are Mike Boyce and Tim Lee for commission chairman and Kellie Hill and John Morgan for judge, with only Lee as an incumbent.
To vote in the July 26 runoff, voters must have been registered by April 26.
Advance in-person voting is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through July 22 at the Cobb County Elections Office, West Park Government Center, 736 Whitlock Ave., Marietta.
Early voting sites will also be available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 18-22 at:
- Cobb County Civic Center, 548 S. Marietta Parkway, Marietta
- East Cobb Government Service Center, 4400 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta
- South Cobb Community Center, 620 Lions Club Drive, Mableton
- Boots Ward Recreation Center, Lost Mountain Park, 4845 Dallas Highway, Powder Springs
- NorthStar Church, 3413 Blue Springs Road NW, Kennesaw
All precincts will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Election Day.
Also, any voter may apply for a vote-by-mail ballot instead of voting in-person.
Applications are available at CobbElections.org.
Vote-by-mail ballots must be returned to the Elections Office and received by 7 p.m. July 26.
