Closures announced for Kennesaw National Park

Temporary closures have been announced for Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park on April 22-25.
They include:
- closure of the Illinois Monument road and parking lot and Cheatham Hill Road parking lot on April 22 and 23.
- a temporary short-term closure for striping of the Old Highway 41 overflow parking lot on April 23.
- temporary short-term closures for striping of the Illinois Monument road and parking lot and Cheatham Hill road parking lot on April 24 and 25.
Inclement weather may delay closures or reopening of certain areas.
Visitors are encouraged to check the park website or social media for updated information.
