Clarkston considers a DOT grant, construction contracts
The Clarkston City Council will hold a regularly scheduled meeting 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Clarkston City Hall, 1055 Rowland St.
The council will consider approval of a contract with DAF Concrete Inc. for improvements to the sidewalks on East Ponce de Leon. The purchase of a skid steer loader and backhoe loader will be addressed, as well as an amendment to the city manager’s contract.
Another item on the city’s agenda is the application submitted to the Georgia Department of Transportation for a 2016 Local Maintenance Improvement Grant.
