The city of Atlanta has launched a new scheduling portal to streamline the process for requests submitted for Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, according to a press release.

To schedule an appointment, request an appearance or submit a speaker invitation, requestors should go to https://scheduling.atlantaga.gov/ to complete the online request form.

If your request exceeds 90 days, it will be placed in pending until the date is closer. The city asks that requests for Mayor Bottoms to attend events and/or meetings be submitted 30 to 45 days in advance of the actual date.

The scheduling portal replaces the previous practice of emailing meeting and events requests to scheduling@atlantaga.gov.
