Christmas tree lighting ceremony coming to Smyrna

Santa Claus is coming to town. Well, to Smyrna, that is.
Santa Claus is scheduled to make a guest appearance at the Village Green in downtown Smyrna on Tuesday, Dec. 1, according to the city.
The annual holiday celebration lasts from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and includes musical performances, a parade and a christmas tree lighting ceremony at 7 p.m.
