Children seriously injured in Paulding head-on collision identified

The two children seriously injured in a head-on collision Thursday in Paulding County have been identified, Channel 2 Action News reported Friday.

Anaya Hall, 5, and William Judge, 11, were both airlifted to Scottish Rite Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta when the car they were riding in was struck head-on shortly before 5 p.m. on Highway 92, Channel 2 said.

Lordly Rattray of Smyrna was driving a blue Nissan Versa southbound on Highway 92 when she swerved and collided head-on with a gray Hyundai Elantra carrying the children, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Thursday.

Rattray was flown to Kennestone Hospital. The driver of the Hyundai, Carletta Hicks of Hiram, was taken by ambulance to the same hospital.

The crash remains under investigation.
