Cherokee offers sports physicals at high schools
Sports physicals will be offered this spring at each of the six high schools in the Cherokee County School District.
Students can attend any location; they do not have to go to an event at their school, officials said. The cost is $20 per physical, cash only.
The physicals are scheduled for 9-11:30 a.m., April 14, at River Ridge High School; 1-3 p.m., April 14, at Etowah High School; 9-11 a.m., April 21, at Cherokee High School; 1-3 p.m., April 21, at Creekview High School; 9-11:30 a.m., May 5, at Woodstock High School; and 1-3 p.m., May 5, at Sequoyah High School.
The events are sponsored by Northside Cherokee Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Northside Family Medicine & Urgent Care, and Perimeter North Medical Associates. Physical forms can be downloaded from: http://cherokeek12.net/athletics/forms/
