The Cherokee County School District has announced its open house/walk through schedule and the reopening date for schools for the 2015-2016 school year.
District officials said each school’s front office will be open daily beginning July 21, leading up to the first day of classes on Aug. 3. For students new to the district, their parents or legal guardians can register them between 8 a.m. and noon beginning that day.
The open house/walk-throughs will be then be held at all of the district’s more than 40 campuses during the week of July 27-31. Times and days vary and a complete schedule is available at cherokee.k12.ga.us
Class schedules and teacher assignment information will be available at each school’s individual event.
