The Chamblee City Council will have the first reading of ordinances regarding codes for city buildings, massage establishments and designated drug free zones. A public hearing will be held for these readings and also for the text amendments proposed for city ordinances regarding tree preservation and car rental establishments in the airport zone.
The council will also review several variance requests during its meeting 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Chamblee City Hall, 5468 Peachtree Road. The property, located at 5553 Peachtree Road, has a list of twelve variance requests, including reduction of the required front and rear yard setback amounts.
