The Chamblee Architectural Review Board will consider approving a Development of Community Impact during the regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Chamblee City Hall Conference Room, 5468 Peachtree Road.
If approved the DCI would be for the Climate Controlled Self-Storage facilities at 3693 Clairmont Road, 1959 and 1965 Bragg St. The board will also consider approval of allowing additional building elevation levels for the Peachtree Creek Township at 3175 Clairmont Road and McJenkin Drive.
