Rapper 2 Chainz is being sued for $5 million over a video he posted of a woman backstage at a concert in Charlotte.

WBTV reports Christine Chisholm filed the lawsuit against the Atlanta native, whose real name is Tauheed Epps, and fellow performer Ro'Zay Richie, who goes by Cap 1, because of a "derogatory" video the two made of her at a concert in March 2014.

According to the lawsuit, Cap 1 allegedly invited Chisholm backstage at the concert, where 2 Chainz took a video of her. In the video, 2 Chainz calls Chisholm a THOT — a slang acronym for “that hoe over there.”

Chisholm alleges the video, which the lawsuit claims received more than 10 million views and 1 million comments on YouTube and several other sites, damaged her reputation and even caused her to be fired from her job, WBTV reports. According to the lawsuit, 2 Chainz also posted the video to his blog and other websites with the hashtag #isthatyothot.

WBTV reports Chisholm is seeking $5 million in damages in the case, which 2 Chainz’s lawyer requested be removed from Mecklenburg County to a federal court in July.
