Canton seeks park redesign ideas

The city of Canton is seeking input from its youngest residents as it seeks to further develop Heritage Park.

Officials want interested kids to submit proposed park redesigns including playground ideas and submit them to the city by June 1. City officials said that proposals could be incorporated into a master plan for the north side park, which currently has only multi-use trails.

Design plans should be mailed to Canton City Hall, 151 Elizabeth Street, Canton, 30114, or dropped off during regular business hours.
