The city of Canton is planning twin efforts during June to clean up blighted properties and areas.
The city is urging residents to report blighted properties through the “See Click Fix” app on the city’s homepage. The city also said the app can be downloaded for free to a smartphone.
The city has also scheduled a community cleanup day for June 6. Dumpsters will be placed at city hall for residents to use free of charge. Also during the month, the city roll-off at 2525 Ridge Road won’t be charging any fees for residents.
