California lottery player wins $120 million Mega Millions jackpot

A single ticket sold in California matched all six numbers in Tuesday night’s Mega Millions lottery, winning a $120 million jackpot.

With the win, the jackpot for Friday’s Mega Millions game was reset to $12 million.

The numbers drawn Tuesday were 5, 11, 20, 33 and 36, and the Mega Ball was 11.

The jackpot for Wednesday’s Powerball multi-state lottery is $110 million.
