Buckhead Business Association is looking to gauge community opinion on a number of hot-button issues.
A brief survey that includes questions about whether residents support the potential extension of streetcars into the Buckhead community and if a greater police presence is needed in the wake of a recent uptick in crime citywide has been launched.
The civic organization expects to announce the results in late November. The survey, which targets anyone who lives, works or plays in the Buckhead community, will be open from Nov. 10 until Nov. 17. To participate, go to buckheadbusiness.org/survey.
The DeFeo Groupe, an Atlanta-based content service provider, is conducting the survey on behalf of the BBA.
The business organization holds breakfast meetings at 7:30 a.m. most Thursday mornings at the City Club of Buckhead. Meetings features a business, political or civic leader as a speaker, and topics usually include leading issues within the Buckhead community and Atlanta as a whole. Tickets for members are $10 in advance and $12 at the door; non-member tickets are $20.
