The Brookhaven Planning Commission will discuss the Brookhaven 2034 Comprehensive Plan during the meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road. The resolution up for adoption involves a character area study to supplement the city’s 20 year plan to improve economic development.
The commission will also review a rezoning request from SSP Dresden LLC for the development of a mixed use building with 194 residential units and 20,000 square feet of commercial space. The location is 1336, 1342, 1350, 1358, 1364 and 1370 Dresden Drive; and at 2562, 2552, 2544 and 2536 Caldwell Road.
