The Brookhaven planning commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road.
The commission will consider a special land use permit application from the Galloway Group LLC. The applicant is asking to exceed the maximum district height of five stories for buildings constructed at 1421 and 1447 North East Expressway, 2174 North Druid Hills Road, 1430 Tullie Road, and 1754 and 1734 Tullie Circle.
