Brookhaven moves forward with annexation petitions
The City of Brookhaven has formally notified DeKalb County of annexation petitions for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Executive Park to annex into the city.
The office park at Interestate 85 and North Druid Hills Road filed for annexation on Oct. 3.
David Tatum, vice president of government affairs at CHOA, said with the forming of new cities near the office park, annexation is a proactive move.
CHOA and Executive Park has approximately 1,200 employees onsite daily.
