The city of Brookhaven Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting 7 p.m. Wednesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road.

Items to be addressed are: two rezoning ordinances requests for special land use permits for late night establishments/restaurants, located at 3779 and 3253 Buford Highway; a special land use permit for an alcohol outlet/retail package store at 3779 Buford Highway; and two rezoning requests to build four single family units for property located at 1814 and 1828 North Druid Hills Road.

The commission’s work session precedes the regular meeting at 5 p.m.
