The Brookhaven Public Works Department announced a culvert replacement project will begin near East Brookhaven Drive. The work is scheduled to start Monday and continue through May 26. This will affect the area of 3914 East Brookhaven Drive through 3970 East Brookhaven Drive and any adjacent cut-through streets.
Traffic will be diverted around the area of construction using detour signs.
The south going lane of East Brookhaven drive will be closed south of Mabry Road. Because of the construction work, drivers will not be able to access the north bound lane of East Brookhaven Drive from Brookhaven Drive west of Peachtree Road. Drivers may want to plan for alternate routes during this period.
