The Brookhaven City Council will conduct a regular meeting 7 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road.

Among agenda items:

  • Consideration and approval for a resolution to approve acceptance of a donation for art work.
  • Administrative changes to the stormwater utility fees
  • Consideration and approval of an intergovernmental agreement between DeKalb County Board of Education and the city of Brookhaven for parking and a sidewalk at Ashford Park Elementary Parking Sidewalk.
  • Consideration and approval of the installation of HVAC unit for the Lynwood Park gymnasium.
  • Consideration and approval of bid award for Skyland Park.
