Steven Brown of Lawrenceville has graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio with a master of arts in education.

Dr. Nancy Barr, of Fayette County, was recently honored with the Beacon of Hope service award for her years of service to the Atlanta vision and hearing care non-profit, the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation.
