Victor Lamont Ryant, a graduate of Benjamin Elijah Mays High School in Atlanta was awarded the honor of Eagle Scout, the highest award in the Boy Scouts of America, in a court of honor ceremony, on March 18 at Radcliffe Presbyterian Church. He is a member of Troop 290.
