Lt. j.g. Kiara King, an Atlanta native and 2011 Columbia High School graduate is serving in the U.S. Navy at Destroyer Squadron 31. A training officer serving where U.S. Pacific Fleet Headquarters is located, King is responsible for supporting ships that are attached to the destroyer squadron and managing the training pipeline.
