Atlanta police released surveillance video seeking the public's help in identifying suspects in a Jan. 23 shooting, one of three fatalities within four hours around the same time.
“The video depicts possible persons of interest in a shooting death of a victim in the area of Skipper [Drive] and Harwell [Road],” said police spokesperson Lukasz Sajdak.
Sajdak said the man who was killed, who was not identified, was said to be a father and boxer who was seen jogging often in the area.
Any information as to the identity of the individuals depicted in the video should be directed toward Crime Stoppers of Atlanta.
The killing on Skipper and Harwell was one of three within several hours in Atlanta and DeKalb County. Around 10:20 p.m. on Jan 22, Atlanta police responded to a home in the 300 block of Lanier Street NW, finding a victim dead on the kitchen floor with multiple gunshot wounds.
About two hours later, DeKalb police responded to the area of Glenfair Road and Maplewood Drive to find a man shot multiple times and lying beside a car.
