Atlanta police were investigating Monday night after an airsoft rifle was used to fire shots at moving vehicles in the West Paces Ferry area.
No injuries have been reported, Officer Ralph Woolfolk with Atlanta police said.
A side window on a van was busted at an address in the 400 block of West Paces Ferry Road NW, an incident Woolfolk said was related. The address is about a tenth of a mile from the Governor’s Mansion in Buckhead.
The incidents are believed to have all occurred near that address and not at the Governor’s Mansion, Woolfolk said.
An airsoft gun is a replica firearm designed to shoot non-lethal spherical projectiles.
