A party all about pets will be held in Suwanee’s Town Center Park.
Woofstock, dubbed “Atlanta’s Largest Pet Party,” will be held on May 5. The event is co-sponsored by more than 50 metro Atlana rescue groups, non-profit organizations and radio station Star 94.1.

It's not just dogs that are welcome at the event. Cats, birds, ferrets and any other pet you can figure out how to get on a leash can come out for the festivities, according to the event's Facebook page. There will be dog contests, frisbee dog demonstrations and an "Air Dogs" dock diving competition.
Humans can participate in arts and crafts events, jump around in inflatables or indulge in a beer garden and a selection of food trucks. If you don’t have a pet of your own to bring, pet adoptions can be conducted on-site.
Admission is free, and the event runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. You can find more information on the event's website.
