A house-sitting grandmother from Atlanta won $1 million playing a Georgia lottery instant game.

Onzie Minor, 59, won her top prize by scratching a Big Payout ticket, said the Georgia Lottery in a press release. Minor purchased the ticket at a Quik Thrift store on Cascade Palmetto Highway in Fairburn. Minor said she was on the way to her daughter’s home to house-sit for the weekend when she decided to stop at the store.

“I was in the car, and I couldn’t believe it,” the grandmother of seven said.

Feeling great about her lottery win, Minor said she intends to travel.
