Atlanta Fire Rescue seeks citizen feedback through survey

Atlanta Fire Rescue recently ask for city residents to rate them on their service.

“We strive for excellence in emergency preparedness and response,” the release states. “As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure we provide the highest levels of service to our stakeholders, we would like to know about your interactions with our personnel and your experience with the services we provide.”

Officials assure that it will take about five minutes to complete.

Every year, the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department responds to over 100,000 calls for service. Officials say they re looking for ways to enhance the department’s relationship with residents and performance serving them.
