The Atlanta Fire Rescue Department and firefighters will conduct live burn training exercises for rescue and firefighter

personnel at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport 8 a.m. to noon June 22.

The training exercise is part of an annual certification for airport rescue firefighters and will take place at the Atlanta Fire Training Center, 860 Lake Mirror Drive in College Park.

This announce is to advise the public that a training exercise will be taking place. As a result of this drill, heavy dark smoke may be visible from nearby roads and interstates. This smoke may prompt a concern from motorists and residents.
