Arasely Jimenez-Vasquez, who was missing for nearly four days, has been located.

The 12-year-old is not injured and appears to be in good health, Atlanta police said Wednesday afternoon. Investigators are determining the circumstances around her disappearance.

Armando Aguilar, the 35-year-old man she was suspected to be with, has not yet been located. It is unclear if he lives in Atlanta.

Arasely had last been seen by her family about 10 p.m. Saturday at her south Atlanta home, but in the morning she was gone.

She had not had trouble with running away in the past, Lt. Andrea Webster said during a Wednesday press conference before Arasely was found.

Police have evidence that Arasely was with Aguilar, a man officials could only describe as a family friend, at least at one point since Saturday. They suspected she left on her own based on a message she sent her aunt.

Arasely and Aguilar are both from Mexico, and have known each other since last year. The exact nature of their relationship was not clear Wednesday.
