Atlanta City Council OKs property damage resolutions

The Atlanta City Council in a recent special call meeting approved the final terms of the $144,855,000 city of Atlanta tax allocation bonds for the Beltline project as well resolutions for the following claims, from property damage allegedly sustained from:
- a September automobilie accident at Cumberland Parkway and Paces Ferry Road;
- a sewer back up last March on Montview Drive;
- driving over a metal plate this past July at 1035 Moreland Ave.;
- a vehicular accident last June at 3493 Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy.
