The Arabia Mountain Heritage Area will be the focus of a lunch-and-learn event this month at the DeKalb History Center.

Mera Cardenas, executive director of the area’s alliance group, will discuss how the National Park Service is helping to protect and connect the natural, historic and cultural resources in the south DeKalb area.

The free lecture begins at noon on Tuesday, March 20 at the Historic Courthouse on Decatur Square. Guests are encouraged to bring their own lunches.
