APS procurement department earns national award

The Atlanta Public Schools procurement department earned the 'Outstanding Agency Accreditation Achievement Award' from The National Institute for Governmental Purchasing - The Institute for Public Procurement. The award recognizes leaders in the public procurement process. Only 117 government agencies have earned this distinction out of 2,600 member agencies in the United States and Canada.
