A man was recently added to Atlanta Police Department's "Most Wanted" list for allegedly shooting in the leg a man who no longer wanted to be part of the gang Sex Money Murder, or MOB.
The victim wanted to leave because the gang “didn’t act like family anymore,” and that’s why he didn’t respond to Abita Daniel with the gang’s handshake on Aug. 9, according to an incident report. After a fight began, Daniel allegedly pulled out a gun, tied the victim’s hand behind his back with a bandanna and put him in the backseat of a car.
The victim was driven to another location. There he was slapped across the head with a gun and shot by Daniel, according to the report. Police noted a laceration to his face and a gunshot wound to his leg above the knee. His cell phone had a bullet hole in it.

Two days later, the victim was allegedly attacked by Daniel and another man. The victim told police Daniel was upset with him for “broadcasting the gunshot wound on Instagram and Facebook.”
The men stripped the victim of his clothes and beat him with guns, according to an Aug. 13 incident report. The victim said the men were about to shoot him until a bystander told them “not to shoot because there were too many people outside.”
Police noted the victim suffered a head injury and was “leaking blood.” His stitches from the recent gunshot wound became detached due the assault, the report said.
Daniel, also known as T-Dogg, is charged with aggravated assault.
