Barrington Hills, an apartment community in Peachtree Corners, recently celebrated the completion of a major remodeling project of its facilities.

Renovations of the 32-year-old complex included the pool, cabana and landscaping. Nearly half of the 347 apartments have undergone major remodeling work with the remaining apartments slated to be renovated within the next few years.

The project began five years ago, said property manager Luisa Luperdi, with Stonemark Management.

“We are delighted that the property owners and property management company have invested in Barrington Hills,” said Peachtree Corners Councilmember Phil Sadd. “They have spent a lot of time, money and effort in the renovations and the transformation is quite remarkable.”

The property management company is also partnering with Gwinnett County Police Department to earn its designation as a Crime Free Multi-Housing property, a program found to be very effective in reducing the incidents of crime on rental property.
