For those who want to learn more about the proposed toll express lanes for Ga. 400 in North Fulton County, Alpharetta has created a web site with "Five Things You Need to Know" and links to Georgia Department of Transportation assets including a flyover video of the 17-mile-long project.

The project would add two lanes in each direction between the North Springs MARTA station and McFarland Parkway, and a single lane in each direction between McFarland and McGinnis Ferry.

The lanes, intended to provide more reliable trips in the Ga. 400 corridor, would offer "dynamic pricing," with tolls rising and falling depending on driver demand. They also would host Georgia's first bus rapid transit system. Information: https://bit.ly/2T8Xagz
