Alpharetta sponsors electronics recycling event.

North Fulton businesses and residents can recycle computers and other electronic equipment from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at 1790 Hembree Road in Alpharetta.

Sponsored by the City of Alpharetta and First Tech Recycling, the event will provide recycling for computers, DVD and VCR players, portable electronics, mobile and line phones, iPods, toner cartridges, cables, monitors, printers, laptops and small electronics. Televisions and appliances will not be accepted.
