Welcome to "Actual Factual," a regular column in which I, Becca Godwin, answer reader questions about goings-on in north Fulton. Here's one I did recently about what's going up near Roswell's Super Target.

Now that you're familiar, you'll find information for submitting your own questions at the bottom of this column.

Readers Kathy, Wendy and Sandy asked: What's being built in the parking lot in front of the Kroger at 2300 Holcomb Bridge Road?

Dear Kathy, Wendy and Sandy,

So you want to know what the construction at Centennial Village, a 213,268-square-foot shopping center anchored by Kroger, is all about.

Here’s your answer: It will be a Kroger Fuel Center.

This should probably make Wendy happy, who wondered “why would ANYBODY need to construct ANYTHING in East Roswell with so many empty stores from which to choose??”

The Super Target down the road from this Kroger closed at the end of January, and the Rack Room Shoes in the same complex is scheduled to close Saturday.

For those who shop at Kroger regularly, I have two words for you: fuel points.
