Two people became $10,000 richer Friday, as two Mega Millions tickets each worth that much were sold at convenience stores in Cobb County and Atlanta.

The Georgia Lottery Corp. said one of the tickets was purchased Feb. 8 at BP at 3930 Austell Road in Powder Springs and the other at 1959 Lakewood Avenue in Atlanta.

Winning numbers from Friday’s drawing were 14-24-31-42-48, and the Mega Ball was 13. Each ticket matched the first four numbers with the Mega Ball.

The organization said the winners have not come forward to claim their respective prizes; they have 180 days from the draw date to come forward to claim the cash.
