Fulton County government will delay its opening Tuesday after black ice was predicted for the morning commute.

The county government will open at 10 a.m. Court openings will also be delayed until 10 a.m.

Other governments and school systems have also delayed their openings, including the city of South Fulton, which will open at 10 a.m.
