Fork Creek Park opens in south DeKalb

A seven-acre park featuring a playground, pavilion and walking trails is opening in south DeKalb.

The ribbon-cutting for Fork Creek Park was held Saturday with elected officials and residents.

The park is located at 2893 River Road, south of the intersection of I-285 and Flat Shoals Parkway.
